This project was executed in two phases. The initial phase consisted of site development, shell construction of the speculative restaurant building at the street frontage, and construction of an office/warehouse in the rear of the site. In this phase, the architect lead efforts in negotiating access easement agreements with the two adjacent property owners to assure the viability of all affected sites. The second phase was a tenant improvement of the shell building to become Tilted Kilt Restaurant. In this phase, the architect worked closely with the out-of-state interior designer, engineers, and general contractor to provide a vibrant restaurant atmosphere.
