This Convenience Store/Fueling Station prototype is for the redevelopment of abandoned service stations located at corners of major streets in Phoenix. The efficient 2,700 square foot convenience store makes use of natural daylight via clearstory windows. The project includes, among other state of the art improvements, site provisions that when modified will allow the storage and sale E85 "alternative" fuel when dispensing of E85 fuel is allowed in Maricopa County, Arizona.
