This project involved a campus-wide remodel of the existing twenty-acre municipal operations center located in Peoria, Arizona. The existing administration office building was demolished. A new multi-purpose Administration Office Building was created, including administration offices, conference space, training space, and shop space for several City service departments. A shade canopy was constructed along the south wall of the building to protect the office space windows from solar heat gain during summer months. Similar canopy structures were used to protect other windows and exterior spaces from the sun.
