City of Glendale
Glendale, Arizona

The project involved the demolition and historic renovation of the First National Bank Building as the remaining structure on the northwest corner of 58th Drive and Glendale Avenue. Site work included the demolition of off-site and onsite paving, retention grading, aesthetic grading, brick-pedestrian paving, bollards, a parking lot to the south end of the site with brick screen walls, off-site diagonal/accessible parking, planting, irrigation, and theme-street lighting with a new electrical service entrance. The design adhered to City standards, maintaining the pedestrian paving development program for the historic district.
